Why do we charge a fuel surcharge?
Fuel is a significant part of the cost of operating our shuttles, and fluctuations in fuel prices directly impact our operating expenses. Rather than increasing our ticket prices, we’ve chosen to keep your fares the same and introduce a small, temporary fuel surcharge to help offset these rising costs while maintaining the same reliable service you expect.
Our Fuel Price Benchmark
We use publicly available California fuel price data from the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) as our benchmark.
